It's that time again! Time to get fit in Brea, time for the Wellness Festival

This event is a showcase of medical screenings, cutting-edge fitness trends for all ages and integrative medicine, plus much more! Free massage and healty samples will be available for attendees.
Over 75 businessess and services will be participating in this annual event.

Lynda- This is an important event which the general public should make use of. These screening can certainly be helpful to those who don't see their doctors on a regular basis. It is also a chance to become acquainted with some of the vendors in the area.
These are great community events... Hopefully they will have a large turnout. An ounce of prevention... as the old saying goes.
